The Rabeca is a popular form of Violin in Brazil, very common in hinterlands areas. Holding hands with the people who lives in those interior lands of the Country, this instrument carry a great tradition and the musicians who play it are the voices of this deep culture. Yaguareté hear the sounds of the Rabeca, the echoes of it culture and work all of this under the sound guidence.
Yaguareté in Tupi language means "I'm the Jaguar".
This name came from the sounds of the acoustic double bass, the living indigenous tradition, the sounds of nature and of all possiblities that music may create. To translate and transform the artistic dream of Ariel Grininger, a classical double bassist and composer who was taken by eletronic music that driven him into a deep way to production metamorphosing his music as Yaguareté’s sounds.
Yaguareté sings a music wherein his classical formation and instrumental practice joins with eletronic beats, Often played by Polo & Pan, Spaniol and others, his productions are full of imagination and originality.
